Two new members for RTC

On 10 September 2019, RTC announced that two new members had been approved to join the organization. One is the French training federation, FFESSM, a body with long experience teaching rebreathers. The other new member, You Can Breathe Underwater LLC, specialises in the testing of rebreather systems.
